Contract Form and Contract Summary. For Prepay customers, unless you have opted-in for a specific Prepay offer, you will be automatically
signing up to our Prepay Data Plus Plan. See specific plan terms which details the plan cost, duration, allowances and benefits and material terms of the plan,
and your Contract Summary.
Refund Guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. You must contact Customer Care on 1903 or by writing to us or you may use our Cancellation Form which is available via the General Terms and Conditions.
The purchase must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, include proof of purchase (usually a receipt). Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, undamaged, and complete with all accessories - see section 1.3.1 of our General Terms and Conditions for further details.
