Purchasing the add-on;
Once you purchase the add on, it will recur every 28 days until you choose to cancel it. €10 is charged every 28 days and will be deducted from your credit.
If you do not have enough credit to pay for the add-on, we will try again daily for 5 days before unsubscribing you from the recurring 5GB data add-on
Cancelling the add-on;
You can cancel the add-on here or by texting OPTOUT DATA5 to 1744.
What’s included in the add-on;
A limit of 5GB applies. The data add-on include internet browsing and data for 28 days which can be used at home and while roaming in the EU. Click here for more information on how the EU Data Fair Use allowances are calculated. Standard out of bundle rates will apply relative to your plan if you exceed the add-on allowance. Chargeable content, such as ringtones or games, are not included in the allowance, however download of the content is included.
There is no carry over of unused add-on allowance.
