Automatically available on €15 top up
The following terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Unlimited Calls to Any Network offer ("Offer") are in addition to and form part of the general terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited’s mobile telecommunications service which are displayed on www.tescomobile.ie. In the event of any conflict these terms and conditions and those on www.tescomobile.ie , terms and conditions on www.tescomobile.ie shall prevail.
- The Offer is only available to all Tesco Mobile Prepay customers who top up by a minimum of €15 in one go every 30 days from 25th March 2014.
- Customers are eligible for the Offer so long as they remain a Tesco Mobile Prepay customer and continue to top up by a minimum of €15 every 30 days. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who leave Tesco Mobile will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
- To avail of the Offer, customers must top up by a minimum of €15 in one go every 30 days excluding any drip fed or other promotional top up credit received in that 30 day period.
- If you top up again before the end of the 30 day term, then a new 30 day term starts. If you fail to complete the minimum top up before the end of a 30 day term then you will lose the Offer benefits and will be charged the standard rates for calls & texts.
- The Offer applies to all standard Republic of Ireland mobile and landline calls and standard texts to Irish mobiles. It excludes international calls, roaming and calls to directory enquiries, premium rate numbers or any non standard number, downloads as well as premium SMS messages to short codes, international text, any text messages sent whilst roaming and text to any landline numbers.
- To be eligible for UNLIMTIED calls customers must purchase a €15 top up either in store, online or at any location nationwide and top up your account.
- This offer is available to new and existing Tesco Mobile Prepay customers.
- Existing Clubcard Talk customers please note that as of 25th March 2014 your plan name will change to Unlimited Talk. This does not affect your top up amount, or your bundles. If you wish to change your plan to Unlimited Text, just text ‘JOIN TEXT’ to 1744, and top up to activate.
- Existing Clubcard Text customers please note that as of the 25th March 2014 your plan name will change to Unlimited Text. This does not affect your top up amount, or your bundles. If you wish to change your plan to Unlimited Talk, just text ‘JOIN TALK’ to 1744, and top up to activate.
- Customers can opt out of the offer at any stage and will revert to the standard call rate charge. No refund will be given if opt out occurs before the end of the 30 days period. If you wish to opt in to that offer again or change offers, a minimum top up is required to activate your new offer.
- You can opt-out to stop the offer at any time by texting "LEAVE TALK" to 1744 for unlimited Talk customers or "LEAVE TEXT" to 1744 for Unlimited Text customers.
- Customers can however opt in to any of our recurring bundles on top of this offer once you have credit balance to cover the bundle cost, see recurring add ons details at https://www.tescomobile.ie/add-ons.aspx.
- The Offer in respect of calls is subject to a fair usage limit in the 30 day period succeeding your top up of 10,000 minutes. A daily limit of 400 minutes will apply.
- Tesco Mobile may contact you to advise you that your usage exceeds the fair usage limits and request that you change how you use the Tesco Mobile services. If you do not comply with a direction from Tesco Mobile to stop or change the nature of your Tesco Mobile service use, Tesco Mobile may suspend, modify or restrict your use of the Tesco mobile services or terminate your access to the Tesco Mobile network without further notice to you and without any entitlement to a refund on your part.
- All calls or texts which are not included in the Offer will be charged at standard rates published on www.tescomobile.ie will be charged from your top up balance.
- All calls other than domestic calls – e.g. non-geographic numbers will be charged from your top up balance. See our call charges section for details.
- Customers who take up this Offer in doing so give consent to Tesco Mobile to contact them by SMS to inform them of any changes to the Offer and updates in respect of the Offer while the customer remains on the Offer. This does not affect or limit any previous consent given by the customer .
- Tesco Mobile will endeavour to send a reminder to top up before your offer period expires. However we will not be responsible for any consequences which flow from a failure to send a reminder if for any reason a reminder is delayed not received or cannot be sent.
- If you leave the Tesco Mobile network by porting your number you will lose any remaining allowance in your Offer. If your Service is suspended or terminated you will lose any remaining allowance in your Offer. No refund for unused allowances will be given.
- All charges are inclusive of VAT at the then applicable rate, currently 23%.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to suspend or cease these offers and to amend and modify these terms and conditions, including prices or offer duration, without notice for any legitimate commercial, technical or operational reason.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw the Offer from any particular customer at any time or vary or amend any element of the promotion without further notice.
