The following terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile €25 Unlimited 30 day International SIM plan (the "Offer") are in addition to and form part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited’s mobile telecommunications service which are displayed on www.tescomobile.ie/about-us/terms/tcs-general.aspx. In the event of any conflict the terms and conditions on www.tescomobile.ie/about-us/terms/tcs-general.aspx shall prevail.
- The Offer is available to existing and new Tesco Mobile subscribers until the 31st October 2018.
- The €25 tariff shown is a rolling 30 day contract.
- Fair usage applies to unlimited tariffs – i.e. per 30 day period, up to 10,000 call minutes and 10,000 texts to landlines and mobile phones in the Republic of Ireland. The plan includes 300 minutes per month to mobile and landlines in the countries referenced in point 4. In addition, you can use your off net voice, text and / or data bundle allowances while roaming in the EU in the same way as you would use at home i.e. Roam Like At Home (‘RLAH’), however usage may be subject to a Fair Usage Policy (‘FUP’) and proof of stable links. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to request proof of residency in order to enable you to RLAH i.e. use your Plan / Service while roaming periodically in the EU. Proof of residency may be established through registration with the mytesco portal or Tesco Clubcard or by providing a valid document confirming your place of residence (see tescomobile.ie/eu-roaming-regulation for a complete list of acceptable proofs). The RLAH FUP: the Data FUP allowance will be calculated in accordance with the Commission’s Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2286 and you will be informed of this once you start to roam. Once connected to the Tesco Mobile Service you will receive a ‘Welcome’ message which will detail important information to help get you started including providing you with a direct link to where comprehensive information is clearly published on our website regarding roaming services, including information about Tesco Mobiles RLAH service, the FUP and alerts and the Roaming Data cap - see tescomobile.ie/roaming-and-international. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions which detail the Roaming Services terms including RLAH terms.
- This plan includes 300 minutes per month to mobile and landlines in Poland, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Romania, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China and India which can be used when dialled from the Republic of Ireland only and excludes roaming in non EU countries, international, premium rate and other non-geographic usage.
- Standard out of bundle rates apply if a subscriber exceeds the inclusive fair usage monthly allowance (see www.tescomobile.ie/help-centre/Your-Plan#Other-Call-Charges for rates).
- Subscribers must be over 18 years of age to acquire a plan.
- Payment by Direct Debit is required.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw the Offer generally and from any particular customer at any time in line with our terms and conditions or vary or amend any element of the promotion.
- These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Tesco Mobile for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational reason.
