The following terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile €20 – International SIM Only 12 month plan (the "Offer") are in addition to and form part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited’s mobile telecommunications service which are displayed on www.tescomobile.ie/about-us/terms/tcs-general.aspx and the standard Bill Pay Terms and Conditions available on www.tescomobile.ie/about-us/terms/tcs-bill-pay.aspx In the event of any conflict the specific terms and conditions below shall prevail.
Note that capitalised words have the same meaning as those specified in the General Terms and Conditions.
- The Offer is available for existing and new customers from 16th May 2019 to 31st July 2019 (the promotional period).
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Tesco Mobile €20 – International SIM Only 12 month Plan is subject to a 12 month Minimum Term contract and a monthly charge of €20. Unlimited Services are subject to fair use policies – see www.tescomobile.ie/sim-only-plans.aspx and you can use the Plan while roaming in the EU – see www.tescomobile.ie/roaming-and-international
- This Plan includes 300 minutes per month to mobile and landlines in Poland, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Romania, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China and India which can be used when dialled from the Republic of Ireland only and excludes roaming in non EU countries, international, premium rate and other non-geographic usage (other than calls to 1850, 1890, 0818 and 076 from 1 December 2019).
- Standard out of bundle rates apply if a subscriber exceeds the inclusive fair usage monthly allowance (see www.tescomobile.ie/help-centre/Your-Plan#Other-Call-Charges for rates).
- Subscribers must be over 18 years of age to acquire a plan.
- Existing bill pay customers who wish to avail of this Plan must have their account up to date and have completed their Minimum Term. Those who have yet to complete their Minimum Term and wish to avail of this Plan must pay a Cancellation Charge and have their account up to date.
- If your handset is locked to your existing mobile network you are advised to call your existing provider to get an unlock code for your handset, before you can use your existing phone with your Tesco Mobile SIM Only service.
- If you wish to upgrade your handset, you may avail of any of the bill pay range of handsets at any time where you may be entitled to a subsidised handset, depending on the then current terms of the new bill pay plan – see our bill pay offers here www.tescomobile.ie/bill-pay-plans.aspx Please note that the same rule applies to customers who are within their Minimum Term (see Term 6 above) i.e. a Cancellation Charge will apply and you must have your account up to date.
- Access to 4G is strictly subject to a customer’s handset 4G capability, 4G network coverage and plan.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw the Offer generally and from any particular customer at any time in line with our terms and conditions or vary or amend any element of the promotion.
- These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Tesco Mobile for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational reason.
